I’m Stuffed
This weekend has been one full of food, fun and more food. Saturday, the family and I, went to keri and grovers house for a giant feast all made by my sister (whom I didn’t know could cook so well). She even made me a butterscotch pie (my all-time favorite). This happened to be my second butterscotch pie of the day b/c Karen made me one for my birthday. Following food we hit the hottub … why doesn’t everyone have a hottub … why don’t I have one?
Sunday we went to church then headed out to the mountains for a taste of Banff. A trip out into the mountains isn’t a great trip unless you gorge yourself with Rocky Mountain Chocolate candy apples, bearpaws and fudge. I think I overdosed … I had a piece of pie when we got home!
All in all – thanksgiving has been great. Today I’ll watch the riders embarrass the Stampeders (I actually turned down tickets for the game – why? I don’t know – I’m stuffed and probably won’t fit in the seats) and have another meal with Darren and sandy and their kiddies.
One of these days i should start exercising … is changing channels exercise?

Hey Brad,
Glad to hear you had a great thanksgiving. Yes, we do have to much to be thankful for, including pumpkin pie and whipping cream! We had a good weekend, enjoying our turkey and all the fix-ins with the in-laws and our Briercrest daughter, who is having a great time out there.
Yep, I think station surfin is exercise, but I think you get more exercise getting up to the kitchen to get more chips and pop! Say hi to all the family from us!
